Job Description
  • Portfolio Management in a Metro/Non-Metro Market in accordance with the Business Plan Execute the regions collection strategy, monitor performance, achieve Collection targets and, control flow, and provide feedback to ZCM on a daily basis.
  • Manage settlement loss targets on the basis of the regions operating plan - Perform due diligence on accounts for settlement - Ensure cases are assigned across agencies within given time frames
  • Ensure Adequate feet on Street availability/bucket wise /segment wise/agency wise
  • Fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers Agencies/In-house team
  • Monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with Collection executives
  • Ensuring background checks of all collection agencies hired, Identifying and managing training needs of the Collection
  • Executives/ Evaluation of the performance of all Collection executives
  • Support Collection officers in legal /Police issues/Collection Activities
